Shadow Shot Sunday #157

Until a few hours ago I thought I might not make it this week with my shadow shot. It has been cloudy and raining for the past six days so of course there were not many natural cast shadows to be found. I pleaded with the shadow Gods all week to no avail until finally this morning at the eleventh hour they decided to placate me with an abundance of sunshine. Quickly grabbing my camera lest the Gods change their mind any moment I went running around my house looking for an interesting tidbit to tantalize the crowds with and voila there one was lurking on my back steps leading down to the meadow! I took several shots just to be safe then played with them resizing and cropping till I found what I felt to be the best...I hope you agree.
Have a fabulous rest of the shadowy weekend...

Hi Elizabeth,
I want to thank you so much for having my husband's, Nathanael's, fundraiser posted on your website. I deeply appreciate it. A friend found it at random, sent it to me, and I'm quite amazed! I will add you to my blog links and send ours to you if you are interested. I don't publicize it too much so let me know if you want the link.

By the way, how did you find out about our campaign? I'm just curious.

Thank you so very much!
