First dusting...
(and no we will not discuss that I haven't gotten out into the garden to clean up yet :D)

I just wanted to take a moment to say to all my blogging sisters that have left comments or emailed me... I love you all. Even though great distances may separate us I feel such a connection to each and everyone of you.  My world would be oh so much darker without you!

Comments

I somehow missed your last post, so I will comment here, after the transition. And I shall say two things.

I'm going nowhere. And I can't wait to see what you have lined up for us in future!

Change can be a good thing, and one such as you will I know make sure it is :)
I'm trying to comment Beth, and having trouble doing so :(

I won't discuss yours, if you don't discuss my lack, of outside-cleaning-up-ness. -grin-

I'm a little confused, but that's not unusual. This is a new blog. I guess. Or not. No matter. If this is where you are, when you blog, I'm here.

Gentle hugs,
Tessa~
I think change is always a good thing. It always takes a bit of bravery to make that first step towards something new, but being refreshed is the reward. Seeing those trees coming down breaks my heart, and for you to have to watch the transformation of your area would be so painful. I hope you're able to find a new place that still holds that wilderness magic before you have to witness the end of your beloved forest. I'll still be visiting, and if you change to a new blog name, be sure to let me know. Take care Beth. Wendy x

I always get such a thrill from the first dusting! By midwinter, not so much, but that's how it goes!

Isn't that the truth? We all need each other.
Hugs and stay warm,

A bit more than a dusting here this time, but still just a taste of things to come. Although...a woman I was chatting with today assured me that we will have NO significant snow this winter, guaranteed! She and her husband just spent $900 on a snowblower.

Awww, thanks Beth! We got a little of this white stuff a couple days ago, but now it's gone. Suppose to be more on the way though!
Oh such a pretty dusting friend! And I love how those planters anchor the path! A happy day to you...we got some snow here as well. Been trying to get my son better. Fingers crossed that his new medicine works! Talk soon you...Nicole xoxo

There has been a lot of change for you this past year. I have no doubt that you'll continue to maintain a positive outlook. Your yard is beautiful with the dusting of icy crystals. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
